Team Placement/ Tryout

Welcome to KCAC we are excited for a New Year with YOU!
Get Ready For The 2025-2026 season!​
Tryouts in the "Blue Zone" have 3 stages.
​
STAGE 1- TRYOUT CLINICS:
Your athlete will have the opportunity to attend tryout clinics
beginning May 5th to prepare for their final evaluation.
​
STAGE 2 - TRYOUT EVALUATION
Final evaluation your athlete will take place on May 16-17. Here they will perform their skills in front of our coaching staff feeling comfortable and confident.
All athletes that attend Tryouts will be offered a position on a team that best fits their skills and abilities.

STAGE 3 - TEAM PLACEMENT PRACTICES
Your athlete will participate in 2 weeks of team practices prior to Skillz Camp June 3-7 leading into our summer practice schedule the following week.
​
Our doors are always open and we except new athletes year round. If you are unable to attend our scheduled Team Placement dates and times, please contact Chrissy at ChrissyJohnson@kcaccheer.com
to schedule and evaluation and placement.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Parents will not be allowed to watch the placement evaluations and are only to be in the building when sizing for practice wear & uniforms.

Ages 4-7yrs: $150.00
Ages 8yrs & up: $225.00

Athlete Referral Program
KCAC continues to offer our referral program for current athletes that bring in NEW athletes to KCAC for the
2025-2026 season.

Refer your friends and get KCAC Credit in your athletes account!
​
If you refer a friend and they become a TEAM athlete for the 2025-2026 season, you will receive the following Credit:
New member on our Recreational teams: $50 Credit
New member on our Novice/Prep teams: $100 Credit
New member on our Elite teams: $150 Credit
You MUST fill out a Referral Form available at the KCAC front desk in order to be eligible for this program. All KCAC Credit’s will be applied to your account on August 1, 2025. All referrals must be a member and up-to-date on their account on August 1st to receive KCAC Credit. KCAC Credit will be awarded to the FIRST referral only.
